About Online Gaming

Okay so I'm trying to play games on the sites arcade and I've noticed a problem.

Lets say Im playing Tetris, whenever I use an arrow key to move up or down, the whole screen goes up or down.
What am I doing wrong? The game piece will move too and I already tried clicking the game window.
