Well, I just got SIlent Hill 3 yesterday. Haven't had a chance to play it yet, but I will tonight and tell you where I get up to. =D

I'm really excited to play, but apparently there's loads to kill as soon as you get into the game... I think that's a bit of a shame, since the other games sort of worked up some sense of suspence.

Hollow, I'm in the dark mall in Silent Hill 3 now.

I must say, I'm slightly annoyed at the whole "jumping into the game" too fast thing. The dream at the beginning bored me a little bit... I'm hoping the game gets better as it goes along... hopefully it should.

Just a question... Do I get to walk the streets of Silent Hill in this game? I'd really like to...

Also... Misty Silent Hill > Dark Silent Hill.

Although the latter is scarier and the enviroment is orgasmic, I find misty to be less likely to freak me the fuck out!

I noticed something cool about a cutscene in the game, though. In the Silent Hill movie, if you remember the scene where Rose is driving with Sharon to Silent Hill, you'll notice that it was raining and they were driving do the town. See if you can remember the music in the background.

NOW. In Silent Hill 3, there is a cutscene where Heather is riding in a car with *BLEEP*. It's also raining outside...and guess what is playing in the background?! You guessed it! Same music!

Makes you appreciate the movie just that much more. I certainly hope they do another one and it's by the same people. If not, it would probably (and sadly) turn to crap.

In other news, I just recieved email from the guy who is supposed to send me the Silent Hill Experience. There was a major power outage in St. Louis, which is where it is coming from. He tells me that I should recieve the package next week. Hopefully so...

I didn't want to spoil anything with the name dropping, so I threw in the *BLEEP*. Does the European version come with the soundtrack? The American version does. It's a pretty cool soundtrack.

Also, I've downloaded the rest of the soundtracks to the games if anybody wants them. Now that I can get in contact with you, this means you too, Chez! Speaking of which...I wonder why you haven't been on MSN lately. Then again, I suppose it would help if I were to check MSN to see who was on...

No it doesn't, however I have both the American and European version of the game, so I have the disc anyway.

Anyway, I'm in the dark mall on Silent Hill 3 now. This Silent Hill doesn't seem to be much like Silent Hill 1 or 2 just yet... I liked the layout similarities of the first two games, and Silent Hill 4: The Room's uniqueness... Hmm...

I haven't really been playing much, admittedly, since it was my birthday on Sunday, and I got a load of games and was able to go out and spend money... I shall probably finish Silent Hill 3 next week or the week after, though. I am having much fun on Fatal Frame 1 and 2/Project Zero games. And my friend is coming over next weekend to give me the Fatal Frame 3 game that he bought for me.

However, my friend loves scary games, and we're going to spend two whole days shopping and then playing Silent Hill 2, 3, 4 and Project Zero/Fatal Frame 1, 2 and 3... And he expecially wants to see SH2 and 3, so I'm assuming I'll get far on Silent Hill 3 when he comes over.

Anyway, though. My favourite Silent Hill so far is still 2, although if Silent Hill 3 is able to capture me like Silent Hill 2 did, then it could well change. I do just adore Silent Hill 2, though.

Woah! Silent Hill 2 is the best one!! James is pretty hot for pixals.

I have too many versions of SH. (American version: 1, 2, 3. English version 2, 3, 4.)

I bet you could find 'em on eBay!

Storyline, I think SH2 is best. Follow closely by SH4. 1 and 3 are pretty good what with being "sequals", but...yeah, SH2 has the most part of my gaming heart. <3

Silent Hill 2 is definitely a good one! I guess in the Greatest Hits version of SH2, you can play Maria's story. It's the same as Restless Dreams. I need to get a copy of that game. I also held back a copy of SH4 for Xbox (though I don't own an Xbox). I just want to have it to have it.

I FINALLY GOT THE SILENT HILL EXPERIENCE!!!!

I'm listening to the tracks that were hand picked by Akira Yamaoka (right now it's "You're Not Here" from SH3).

Here's the thing about Silent Hill 3: Alot of people don't like it. The main reason that I've found is because they don't like Heather as a lead character. I think she's a really good lead character, to be honest. Just the artwork of her alone is amazing. It looks as though she's been crying or hasn't slept in days in every shot. It's very realistic.

Also! Final Fantasy VII: Dirge of Cerberus is coming out tomorrow, but Silent Hill will be out on DVD next week. Alot of attention will be turned towards Dirge, so we need to try to keep some attention to our lovely Wish House with the DVD release of Silent Hill.

Perhaps I'll have get ahold of Chez and we can devise a contest where the winner (Wish House members only!) will recieve a copy of Silent Hill on DVD (From me) as a prize.

I know exactly how you feel. I have two versions of SH2 and 3, and why? I felt I had to buy it, just to own it. Currently, I have three copies of SH2. One of which is for my best friend as he is becoming a fan.

I really like her as a character, she's young and she acts it. But she's also sensible, apart from her tough side, which I've heard leads people to feel she is immature. I like her as a character and I've drawn a hell of a lot of pictures of her. I love the way she looks so real as well!

I have a question!!

In Silent Hill 2, I've seen clipits of Pyramid Head raping a nurse. In the game, I never saw this scene... I demand to know why! Actually, I just want to know if anyone else had the nurse raping scene. It may seem like a weird and creepy thing to ask, but I enjoyed the rape scenes with Pyramid Head and would like to see some more, please.

Once when James hides in the closet and another right before you have to have your first little duel with PH. You know, the whole dodging his attacks thing. There's a scene of him raping again right before you have to do that.

It's a shame that you don't get to see PH in SH3, though. BUT...

Oh yeah, this guy that I used to work with found his copy of Silent Hill, but he refuses to sell it to me, even though he isn't that big of a fan of Silent Hill. He angers me! I told him I'd give him $50 for it. He said he'd think about it and I told him that he should think quickly because I can get it online cheaper.

Ugh! That guy is a bastard, if he refuses, punch him! Or force Pyramid Head to rape him repeatedly! Anyway, though, I haven't played more of SIlent Hill 3 yet. I know! I'm a bad duck! But I've been really engrossed with Project Zeor. Not to wonrry, though! Silent Hill is still my favourite series. XD

So Silent Hill launches on DVD today (at least here in the states, that I know of). Anyone picking it up? Have you picked it up already? If so, what are some of the special features on it?!

Also, I went back to Ebay and bought a copy of Silent Hill (game) on Sunday. I'm sending out the money for it this Friday. Once that is in, I'll have every playable Silent Hill that there is to own, which means....on to imports!

It's out on the 4th of Spetember on DVD here, I can't wait to get it!!
Other than that, though, it's got a load of interviews on it apparently!
I want it really badly. So I guess you already have it, huh? So lucky! Anyway though, it's good you got your hands on Silent Hill 1, I need a British version of it, but I doubt I'll find one. I do have the American version, though. I just need an adapter and American Playstation and I can begin some serious gameage!

All my games are pal, and I got Silent Hill 1 for $30 and it was in absolutely perfect condition where as my copy of 2 has kinks in the case.

Anyway I am currently at the Lakeview Hotel...

and I just saw that bit with Eddy, on those graves is it possible to go down the others and if so what happens (I didnt even bother). Also Eddy reminds me of somebody, I feel if I were in a similar position I would possibly do the same. I've been through all that too but not as bad and like him. Also that lake, I found it weird to control the boat and wasn't sure what I was doing but I must of done something right as I got there in the end.

Also I saw that gravestone with Walter Sunderland on it and I remembered that I heard the name somewhere but wasn't sure so I googled it and it came up with some random doctors and politicians then added silent Hill and stumbled up this which may of be some interest to you guys. I wouldn't know half of them personally but I am sure Alcurd and Chez will be able to.

Also, yeah, Walter SUllivan is the Silent Hill 4: The Room "villain", well-known guy in Silent Hill, and named in Silent Hill 2.

If anybody remembers the apartments in Silent Hill 2, outside in that dumpster. If you examine it, you get a news story and Walter Sullivan's name was included. Although I won't give it away, in case you haven't seen that.
