Yeah, i've known about those spirits. They actually make an appearance in a few anime, or are even mentioned.

Two that come to my mind right away are Azumanga Daioh and Rosario + Vampire.
Did I mention that Succubi are shapeshifters too? They have to be to lure their prey and lower their defenses, hehe.
