Well, I got a lot to cover then...

Being italian, I was really disappointed with their performance. I knew going into the WC they were going to be awful though, poor coaching, poor positioning, and the players that were selected were really questionable.

I was pretty pleased to see England go out early, to be honest. They really are hyped up and overrated, and they did absolutely nothing at this WC.

As far as Germany goes, they've had a great tournament, disappointing to see them lose to Spain, but regardless they've been the best team in the WC in my opinion. Speaking of Spain, they've been the least impressive team, winning by one goal margins in all of their matches in really unconvincing fashion. They shouldn't even have beaten Paraguay. Same goes for the Netherlands, really.

Also, **** you Suarez. As much as I like him and Uruguay, and as hilarious as it was to see him punch the ball out, it was really tough for the africans to handle. Forlan has been absolutely amazing though, no doubt he has been the best striker of the tournament.

I guess that about does it so far, could have wrote a lot more but decided to cut it short haha.

Hey all also quite new here, Though not to Final Fantasy... believe i was on this fourm back when i was 16 but that's over 7 years ago now... couldn't for the life of me remember username/password, or which e-mail i used (can't remember what my e-mail was from back then).

Anyway seriously enjoy the FF series, looking really forward to FF XIV.

Been enjoying MMORPG's the past 5/6 years.

Other interests include; Sports (Athlectics/Swimming/Football (Soccer))/Music (Most types)/socializing/Movies... loads really..

As with the world cup - shame to see england go out as early as they did, but in all honesty wasn't surprised and i agree they are over-rated.. good players, but can't play together..

Carnage, welcome to TFF. Do you play guitar for recreation or do you actually play in a band?

As stated there are a lot of friendly faces around here so I don't think you will have problems making friends pretty fast. We are a pretty slow paced, laid back forum in comparison to some of the super fast paced, threads lost because of 1,000s of posts per day kind of place. Personally that is why I enjoy it here.

I find it kind of interesting, but I used to chat to another Canadian with Italian background with some of the same interests. If you have a thing for Nintendo as well I'd be almost creeped out by the similarities.
