Hey there, I'm Mineteaser.

Although I didn't get into final fantasy until a few year ago, I have played almost all of the numbered fantasies AND in order. Here's a list so ya know where I am:
I- GBA
II-GBA
III-NES
IV-GBA and DS
V- GBA
VI- GBA
VII- PSP
VIII- PSP
IX- PSP
X- PS2
XII- PS2

Currently, I am replaying II and VII. Although my favorites include I, IV, VI, and X, they all have a special place in my heart.

That's a nice list of the FF games (and the versions too) you played. To be honest I probably wouldn't have beaten FFII if it wasn't on the GBA, the NES version was mad hard haha. But yeah my favorite is probably FF4, something about that game just appeals to me and makes me want to replay it whenever.

Since you covered which ones you like, what FF is your least favorite?

I tend to gravitate more towards VI, but I haven't played it in a while so...

As for my least favorite Fantasy, it's very tough to say, as they all had something I liked. When it comes to what I disliked the most, I would choose XII's characters. I didn't feel emotionally connected to them as other characters in the series, but I loved the battle system.
