Anyway, Jin, another game to play if you like those uber-short RPG's. Sudeki for the Xbox. Damned good game, great frickin storyline, cute female characters with anime proportions (counts for something, doesn't it? ), however...be warned, and I don't feel bad about revealing this at all. The ending blows. Like uber-blows...I could've made a better ending. I've thought of several, on multiple occasions. Other than that, damned good game, despite only being about 16 or 18 hours long (if you go straight through) and only being able to level up to 30.

BTW, not having a PS2 or even working PS1 sucks to be me right now...I can't play any of my PS collection...which only spans about 35 or 40 games...including my FF's, DDR, Gran Turismo, Mega Man X series (GAHHH!!!) or anything else that isn't on Cube or Xbox...and with the comp down, I can't play my DDR emulator, Rollercoaster Tycoon, Counter-Strike, or anything else like that...this blows!!! Or you could go get Fable. I have no shame in spoiling this one, either, because there IS no story. Biggest waste of money Chad's dad ever knew. (Because yes, he's addicted to the XBox. That's the only way I play these days.) Seriously, you pay $50 for a really fancy way to customize a character. If you want that level of customization, get a fucking notepad and a pencil and draw something yourself.

That game got its ass handed to it in four hours. You wanna know the most glorious thing? You know how they advertise it as "every choice [having] a consequence"? BULLSHIT. All that does is determine whether or not people like you. In the end, the game comes down to a simple choice: kill your sister, or destroy the sword. If you destroy it, you get the good ending. If you kill your sister, you get the evil one.

Four hours of your life goes down the drain. I mean, shit, if they're gonna make you pay fifty bucks for a game, the least they could have done is supply you with thirty some-odd endings which are decided upon a point total at the end of the game, where the points are given/deducted based upon your actions.

You know what irks me the most? A lot of people actually love that game. Because they're motherfucking new schoolers, and it's pretty.

Sudeki has plenty of girth to it! Most of it's in Ailish's bra, but that's besides the point. Plus she does this really cute little digital wiggle when she runs. It's hilariously cute, and her hair bounces, for some reason that's cute too. Now if I could just find some way to get a nude code for that, that would be entirely too cute...AND WTF IS UP WITH ME AND THE CUTE THING!!! oooh, kawaii redhead...I'm okay, really...lack of net hasn't drove me insane yet....

Also, Leisure Suit Larry: Magnum Cum Laude...rent it, it's only worth buying if you feel like paying $50 for a lot of redone mini-games...over, and over, and over, and over...hilarious at points, but still only worth renting IMO.

Also, allowing one's car to go for 2 years on the same spark plugs...not a good thing. Poor car...I told it I'm sorry..multiple times...then it bit me, I wasn't so sorry after that.

okay okay, so ive been here at tff for two weeks now maybe? i know i dont have many posts and i havent actually gotten into many of the places in the forums but i saw this and knew i had to ask to join. i promise ill be good, or bad, or whatever you want. ill follow all the rules anyway, if thats all i really need to do.

kefka kicks ass, and i know i might not be a true 'old skooler' like you guys are, but i really love the older games. i started with the newer ones, but i started playing some of the early ones and there just a lot different (i think better, most of them anyway).

in case you guys dont care if i post here, ill go ahead and post on the topic. that list on all of the systems is really impressive. i dont know too much about the insides of them, but its amazing how some of the old ones ran on little processors like that, and with as much as some companies put into the games... its just impressive dont you think?

I have also done something that would make psiko proud, I whipped out my old copy of Baldur's Gate -> which is a D&D Based game, and im loving every minute of it. Booyah! Made myself (typical of me) a Neutral Evil Fighter, which IMO would be straight down the line that Cecil drove when he was a Dark Knight. If you read up on the Alignment descriptions its actually quire interesting.

I'm starting to think that i don't have a liver. I mean, i can take up to 30 or 33 beers and still be sane enough to0 do 7 backflips. But over the years, i've found my way around killing breverages that allowed me to get drunk with them. Although right now i'm addicted to vodka, i can drink two ltrs by myself of pure Finland without even babbling any stupid(after the two ltrs i do get drunk); i just wanna go to russia and be able to compete with the people there ^_^

Also, as my pal Cesar i've ingested insane amounts of Tequila and haven't noticed any side effects. But vodka just manages to kill me during the third bottle, i remember that last december 30th, i was completely wasted after drinking around four bottles ofg vodka among with some coworkers in the office(they can drink even more than me), and I sat on the PC and started to chat in AIM completely drunk, and drank another bottle all by myself while talking to Ally, ED and Kupomogli.

Well... (and forgive me if I screw up the board code, I'm out of practice) I mostly left because I needed to focus on finishing my last year of high school. Needless to say that's been and gone now, and I start university in just one short week. I'm studying Graphic Design, FYI.

Well boys (and to my knowledge, girl), here's what's happening.

I plan on drawing us up a banner. Yes, drawing. I'm not saying it'll work or anything, but I'll try. So when you make your posts welcoming me back with open arms and joyful tears (ego much?) please also include a fairly detailed description of what your persona would look like. I'd prefer you not just say "dark night recolour" (not mentioning any names ) but if you really are deadset on a sprite base, give me a detailed description of their colouring, skin/hair/eye colour, clothing, etc. That's what I need to make this work. kthx. Oh, I'm not limiting this to the "oldbies", as ZRO calls us. Everybody join in.

In other news, I'm listed as Founder of the original cult, neh? Which theoretically gives me one-third ownership of the club, with Vivi and Loco. As I haven't heard from Vivi, I hereby claim his third of the club ownership! that leaves me an' Loco at 2:1 ownership ratio. Therefore, I forcefully claim his third, making me grand overlord of this thread and all its inhabitants! Bow to me, minions! AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHA!

And yes, I've stayed totally sane duing my absence. :|

Name: Vincent Cooper

Race: Human

Eyes: Light blue-grey
Hair: Short and black

Clothing:
Upper Body: What used to be a longsleeved black shirt, but the right sleeve has been torn completely at the shoulder
Lower Body: Loose black pants that have been cut at the knees, and high black boots which stop below his knees

Armor: A vest of six-in-one chain mail, silver, of course.


Main Class: Weather Mage
Vincent can essentially "control" the weather. Though he has his limits, thunderstorms and blizzards are commonplace when he wishes their existance. He can even control the lightning itself, centering it within ten yards of his target. Rain, wind and temperature are also under his control.

Sub Class: Dragoon
The ever-famous lance class. He's got great agility, seconded by his equally impressive strength.


Weaponry: Erm, lance? It doesn't need a name.
Vincent carries with him a six foot lance, complete with a 4.5 foot titanium shaft (great for smacking people around like a staff) and an eighteen inch steel blade, slightly curved and sharp only on one side (and we all know what that's good for).

Magic: I think the Weather Mage covered it

My only request is lots of long, flowing lines. I'm talking flowy like the Sephiroth character model... but not nearly that ridiculously stupid. Lots of black, so each article of clothing should really stand out from the next; things like varying shades of black could help. Also, little things, like loose threads where the clothing has been ripped, and give him a little muscle mass on that exposed arm, eh?

Oh yes, and that chain mail of his is actually on top of his shirt, so that can also help define the torso and the waist, keeping them from blending too much with the legs.
