I'm... not sure? I have no idea who closed it. Hell, I might've done it accidentally with all this phone-posting lately. Easy to tap the wrong option when pulling from a drop-down menu and having to scroll through options.
I'll open it back up, and if someone else closed it on purpose, please explain to me why (in here or via PM, either is fine).
In the meantime, I'm closing this.
