What style of TFF do you use?

Simple: What TFF style do you use?

And why do you use it? Nostalgia? Does the Light version hurt your eyes?

Give some explanation as to why you choose to use that particular style.

I use TFF Light mainly because it was the default skin and I inevitably got used to it. I tried other skins, but I didn't really like them because I was so used to TFF Light. I also like the banner in TFF Light the best. Now I'm pretty much just to lazy to switch skins.

TFF Dark FTW. I like dark themes. They are easier on the eyes. One reason being is that I have my computer set up in the living room and its dimly lit in here. I cant stand bright themes. Plus I am very fond of deep blue colors.

I use TFF Dark because it's easier on the eyes. Changing it to any of the other styles makes the place look weird, as I'm so used to dark.

I used to use TFF Light back when it was the default just because I didn't know how to change it. Then after the default got changed to dark, I just stuck with it because I was too lazy to change it. Now it's what I'm used to, so yeah.

TFF dark for me x3
When I arrived that was the default, so I stuck with it for a while. Eventually when I scrolled all the way to the bottom I discovered the other themes. All of them are nice but I really got used to the dark.
And as Violet rightly mentioned it's easier on the eyes. ^^

Oh... and yeah ^^;; It has Rinoa.

Strangely I find tff light easier on the eyes than tff dark, probably cos there's more contrast. It was however the default when I first joined and i've gotten used to it by now, none of the others appealed to me so I didn't change

TFF Light hurts my eyes. I used that one for a few months after I joined before I discovered you could actually change it... >>;;

Now I use TFF Dark. It makes the text better to read, and the artwork in peoples signatures look waayyy better mounted on a darker background. =3

I use dark and have used it since my first dayh here which was a while before it became the default. At the time all of the themes where not in sync and it was the one that suited me best. Plus the color pallets are nice. And as alot of people mentioned, it is easier on my eyes.

Well, I use TFF light.

I can't really see much in the TFF dark, and I'm not used to the dark...Oh, woe is me...
It's only good for sleeping, in which I think is bizzare.

I use TFF dark because TFF light hurts my eyes and make then burn XD... I have horrrible vision and with all the light in it it makes my eyes get really blurry and then I can't read anything at all, as opposed in TFF dark nothing is too bright therefore I have an easy time seeing things.. ^^ And plus when I first joined here that's what it was set on and I grew attached to it =]

I would have to say TFF dark it is easier to read for me personally, and the dark background is softer and more visually appealing where as the white is to bright for my eyes there for i find it harder to read the writing and it hurts my eyes because anything that is to bright have to squint my eyes which then gives me a headache.

I use the TFF Dark style because, well, it's the default one. I'm too lazy to switch it. Besides, it's the best one anyway, Everything is clear, and all the possible options are there. TFF Blue, the one that was there ten months ago, doesn't have the Group option on the top: you have to go to another place for it. And TFF Old Skool is very old looking, and it's missing some options.

Yeah, the blue is fairly bright. And as much as I love shiny stuff (^^), I don't exactly love shiny... computer backgrounds. They hurt my eyes more.

Only thing I don't like about TFF Dark is it's hard to see which forums have new threads and which don't. Changing to the TFF Light scheme seems to help.

Not exactly. We're actually talking about TFF styles.

Everything dark blue/everything light blue/everything old skool.

You can pick which style you want at the left hand bottom of the forum. And to permanently change it I think you'll have to switch it in your Settings somewhere.

I never changed the styLe.. I aLways stick to "TFF Light" since.. it makes me hard to read in "TFF dark" so.. I Like TFF Light..

I changed my mind today. I like the TFF Blue now. It's very calm, not as bright as i remembered it being. So I'm using that now. It's just a pain how I have to switch to it.

You can change it permanently? I never knew that... It used to be Light default, but now it's Dark default. How do you make it Light default again?

Go to CP, settings and change it

I read on the archived version of this thread that there use to be a TFF Blue and a TFF 5.1. What are those, and how come they got removed?

I' currently using TFF Light, but I have mostly used Old Skool, because when I was looking around on my first week, I saw it, and changed it. TBH, apart from the banner, these two didn't seem too different. I can't stand TFF Dark... it's harder to see because of the darker colours. Anyone who says it's harder on the eyes is a liar; it's the difference between having a backlight and not having a backlight... TFF Light is superior.

I just found out that the default coloring (colorless) of the text in your signature actually adjusts to be visible according to which style you use... It kinda sucks because when I use the color cyan, TFF Dark sees it very clearly, but it blends in with the background when using TFF Light.

TFF Dark. TFF Light was the standard (and only one) back when I joined umpteen millino years ago. Eventually, this got changed to TFF dark, and I got used to it. So, as soon as the option was given, I picked TFF Dark.

Plus, I find it much easier on the eyes.
