I have two simple rules.
You have to be big enough that I can throw you around without snapping you like a twig.
You have to be small enough that I CAN throw you around.
I'm not huge, but play hockey so it keeps the range open, after following those rules, some sort of rack is necessary, long hair because I like to pull on something sometimes, apart from that i'm pretty flexible, glasses is a turn on and a nice touch, but not really necessary.
Not sure if you count being able to cook as looks, I think a woman looks damn sexy in the kitchen, but you might call that a personality trait
