Sick of all this, what if I just dont pay?

I have no assets and 100$ to my name after paying bail

What can they do to me?
My credits bad anyways and if they wanna take me.to jail again, ill die and they can take my corpse

The only debt that doesn't go away is student debt. I'm pretty sure even if you declare bankruptcy, you're still not clear from those debts.

They'd probably garnish your wages and essentially force you to pay, one way or another.

And some of the people with easy lives didn't have it so easy at first. Some of them were super poor and busted their asses to get to where they are.

I haven't worked since 2009
Thinking of going on disability, would they garnish.that?
also if on disability, ill have Medicaid insurance, would they cover medical bills?

Disability is hard to go on, unless you have a whole slew of doctors notes saying you're unable to work. It's different than being unable to find work.

It can get garnished for student loans and government debts, but it's protected from creditors, auto loans and things of that nature.

As for Medicaid insurance, it should cover basic medical procedures and whatnot, but I'm not sure the extent of care provided, or what percent you'd be responsible for.

I have about 20k in medical bills. A car I owe 5000 on. Also student loans spanning out to roughly 60k.

I say screw all the bills except my student loans lol.

Car is payed off. I just owe my dad 5000.

You'll probably just keep getting those "PLEASE DO NOT IGNORE THIS LETTER" letters. I've received four in the last few months because of an overpayment the Job Centre claims there has been. It's only like £130, which I can afford to pay off, but I refuse to pay for an error made by their staff.

The difference here is that your bills aren't an error, and they're for services you've used when needing medical help or studying, and for that they're much higher amounts. What you need to do is file for bankruptcy and get a job. Don't go down the benefits route - there's people who might really need the disability money because of broken backs, life changing diseases and surgeries and whatnot, and you'll be claiming it because you've attempted suicide a few times. It's a pretty bad move tbh, and won't make you feel any better.

No one goes through life without some bills to pay off. Some people have it easier than others but only because someone worked hard to where they got to. Life isn't going to hand you lemons unless you work for them.
