Wow, that really was a pretty damn good story. I loved that you correlated the stuff that happened to your Husky to Christine. I did read Christine and I watched the movie adapatation too. Both are very, very good.
There was a (possible) new discovery that the original number of the Beast is actually 616. I know that Wikipedia isn't that reliable of a source, but here's some info anyway. I am also not a bible nut, I just thought that it was interesting. And I got my new license plates the other day ... which include the numbers 666.
616 (number) - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia)
Okay now to the topic at hand. I don't think I've ever had anything as weird or as cool as that happen to me, but here's something that might be a little odd.616 ("six hundred and sixteen", or "six hundred sixteen" in American English) is believed by some Christians to have been the original Number of the Beast in the Book of Revelation in the Christian Bible. Different early versions of the Book of Revelation gave different numbers, and 666 had been widely accepted as the original number. In 2005, however, a fragment of papyrus 115 was revealed, containing the earliest known version of that part of the Book of Revelation discussing the Number of the Beast. It gave the number as 616, suggesting that this may have been the original. [1]
I was thinking about this guy I went to high school with not that long ago. I don't really know why I was, since I haven't seen him in like seven years, but he just popped into my brain one day. A couple of days later, he shows up at the restaurant where I work at and sits in my section. He didn't know that I worked there, and to the best of my knowledge he never eaten there before either. He winds up sitting in my section. I immediately recognize him and we chat it up a bit. I didn't tell him that I thought about him a couple of days beforehand, since I think that would have probably freaked him out or something.
Like I said, not as cool as yours, but I thought it was still kind of odd that he would show up like that.
