Sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo, LONG STORY SHORT. I cancelled a plane ticket to see someone I was dating. We're no longer dating. So I have 188$ to anywhere Southwest airlines flies. Where should I go?

LOL, you guys are all awesome. NYC would be fun to visit again, especially if I happened to go at a time where some of us could all meet up. I'd dig that. Clint, I've been to Nassau, would definitely go back again! In fact, everyone here has awesome ideas. There isn't one I'd say no to. BUT maybe like fanfest will happen next year. I just started playing FFXIV again (got heavensward last week and hit 60 on BLM and running stuff with friends now). I'd love it if fanfest was in vegas again.

Anyway, thanks also for the kind words. Probably better to find out sooner rather than later about certain things! Life is short, YOLO

From experience, you have a year from when the ticket is purchased. Most airlines are the same. Never dealt with southwest before.

Also, they've -finally- started rebuilding the boardwalk on our end of the stretch. No telling when it'll get done though.

Lol Have you eaten at the Thai place in the shopping center? If you haven't, you defo need to come out here and have lunch with us! It's -awesome-.. They've added crab rangoons to their menu recently and omg... They're seriously the best rangoons we've ever had... So light and airy and just... mmmmm

Also, I just got my phone replaced and your # wasn't backed up in my google account.. Shoot it to me when you get a chance, yeah? And let's make it happen? Bring yo girl & we can double date!

Ohh, that makes more sense. I was wondering why it was like 11months from when I cancelled it. It is indeed valid until August 29th, 2016. So I have some time to plan, even a whole winter! Honestly, I didn't expect such an easy time cancelling a ticket (a day before the flight). Southwest, so far, has been really pleasant to work with.

And yeah, Loaf. Kinda sad they're skipping 2015 fanfest.

But it's late in the year already, and 2016 is around the corner.

That sounds better than Air Canada and their non-refundable refund. XD. You can cancel a trip up until an hour or two before check-in. It'll say on your ticket though.

Make sure you tell us where you're going so we can get awesomely excited for whatever you end up doing!!
