Is it in that crime-infested place you keep mentioning on Facebook? If so, then no.
Otherwise, yes. Maybe.

No!
But good luck with the building a home part. You might wanna see this investment through.
Ha! nah, its in a good area... I hope. The estate is established but its still develpoing around the outside which is where my land is. I have high hopes for the area, it seems very nice.
Yeah, certainly... Cant default on this one. I've been doing a lot of thinking and planning, and I think I'll be alright though.
Why did you buy land? You should have just claimed it.
I did the same thing in that one Skyrim dlc, like 3 years ago. You're slacking.

Melbs? I'm still entertaining the idea of moving there.
What's the exchange rate there? I might consider becoming your neighbor at this rate

Nice man. I have been looking around my area for some decently priced homes. Gonna go ahead and buy a house and the land and then just gut that bastard and the inside will be to my liking. I have the hook up at Lowe's so materials would be cheap as hell for me haha.
Oh wow, that's well out in the wops. Also, do you guys have water? Fortunately I haven't really started looking to buy a house. I'd probably go more central though... maybe that's just me.

Im in mill park, so its not too far down the road from where I am now (that includes work).
But let me put something into perspective for you.
Brand new home built 24Sq + land = 375k
30 year old home 17 Sq+land closer to the city = 650k
The decision was not only easy, but blatantly obvious. I dont know why people give a crap about living 10 minutes closer to the city, especially when the majority dont even work there.
