Man glasses be havin that nerdy look. Make you be Einstein type smarts, talkin about space and time. Glasses have an extra brain within them that is just smart in general. Plus the right kind of glasses are hot on the ladies.
Yes, and it's sexy to me.
Yes, but I don't find it more attractive.
No, but glasses make someone more attractive.
No, and I don't think it's more attractive than without.
Why do glasses make people seem more intelligent? Do you think people with glasses "look" more intelligent? What does being partially blind have to do with intelligence? Is it because if you lose part of your senses, it's made up for elsewhere, like your brain?

I just think (some) men, in (the right) glasses look hot
I've got some clear lense glasses, they make for a good accessory with the right outfits :]
They just do it for me. My ex had specs and he hated them, I thought they were hot. Then he went an' had laser eye surgery ]:
Glasses (well, the right glasses) look pretty damn attractive to me. I don't actually know why it is, but I'll take a guess and say that you're immediately drawn to someone's face, especially their eyes when you notice that they have glasses. *shrug*
They make people look more intelligent, regardless if they are or not. Call it a stereotype, but a lot of people I've known who wear glasses do loads of computer work and read books, and people tend to associate computers and books with intelligence. So, perhaps that's why? I dunno...
If you're small and wearing glasses you're automatically classified as geek, I should know that the best, stereotype's a bitch. I guess people assume you lost your sight over a computer, book, or even studying which makes you intelligent, may it be true or not, thought the real truth is that most of us lost our sight mindlessly watching TV or playing games when we were kids, or we were simply born with a sight flaw as in mine case. I personally don't think glasses make someone look more intelligent, though, there's something sexy about hot girls wearing glasses.

Umm... People with glasses are smart, just like people with a leg injury are athletic. Their eyes got hurt from over or improper use, just like the man with the broken leg. They are sexy too, because than a girl can keep her eyes open while you throw "yogurt" all over her face.

It really all comes down to perspective. There is no way to clearly identify somebody's intelligence based off of exterior (or interior) observation. The only way to know for sure if somebody is intelligent or not is to deny them the privilege to use the bathroom, and observe how long it takes them to soil themselves.
I don't really notice glasses at all. That probably comes from wearing glasses myself, since 2006. My eyesight has been deteriorating since then. It's probably genetic, and I think that I then became reliant on my glasses, which made my eyesight worse. I got new, stronger lenses (for the first time) a few months ago.
Wearing glasses, at first you notice them immensely. I hated wearing them. Over time, you forget you even have them, and wearing them is automatic. I've now progressed to the stage where people think I look weird when I don't wear them.
So, not noticing my own glasses, I think I do not notice other people wearing them, to some extent.
And I'm neutral as to whether it makes people more attractive or not. Mostly, as I said, because I don't even take active notice.
The real question is, why do we perceive people being "smarter" with glasses? Shouldn't we acknowledge their perception instead? Glasses help you see things better and give you more awareness then what you originally had. Or is having perception and awareness actually intelligence? ?_?
real talk.

My brother didn't need glasses growing up, but with the amount of reading he had to do for Law School he strained his eyes so badly that he needs them now. Maybe that's where the myth that if you have glasses you are smart originated from? People who read a lot are generally considered intelligent.
My guy wears them... but was wearing contacts when I first met him. I think he looks good either way.
I don't mind glasses on people. I wear glasses about at home but contacts if I'm going out, just because I hate the way I look wearing them, altho people have said I look older with them on.

A few of my friends in real life wear glasses...most of those friends are boys....i'll admit some of my friends look sexy with them...but the odd few who i know wear them....well.....they are not so clever....
