I have Hallux Valgus. More commonly known as bunions, I have them on both of my big toes. Basically, they point inward very slightly, so that my big toe sits slightly on top of my second toe (which is therefore my longest toe), while getting a small bump on the largest 'knuckle' of my big toe.
I inherited it from my mother, but a lifetime of being a woman (wearing heels, which tend to force the toes together) have exacerbated hers so that they are actually a medical problem. It doesn't cause me any physical pain (unless I try and force my toe to be straight, in which case it vaguely hurts) and no one has ever noticed unless I've pointed it out to them.
Also, do people actually use worms as fish bait? I thought that was just a TV thing. Why would fish eat worms? The only fish bait I've ever used is bits of other fish, given large fish tend to eat small fish.
EDIT: All the pictures online are really extreme cases, so I attached an actual picture of my feet, taken about 30 seconds ago. Sorry that it's upside down.
