I can't stand when on something like a plane when people a) shout b) kick your seat over and over c) Attempt to take your handbag (not cool ;; ) d) Manage to somehow take the last pasta dish before you.

I also can't stand people who operate trolleys and run them over your toes. Okay sometimes this is an accident... but what really peeves me off is when they can't say sorry... and they just laugh ;;.
The plane thing sounds annoying. I've been known to yell at people on buses for pushing or shoving others.

And the trolley thing is horrible too. When my sister was little, she was smacked in the face by a woman pushing a trolley around. My mother started screaming like a banshee and probably would've ripped her head clean off, had she been given the chance.

Please be aware that the following post may be offensive to several people. Luckily, however, these people are probably not populating Internet Forums. And those who do will just have to read it and accept that I'm entitled to my own opinion.

People who can't admit to being wrong

Okay, so I've just proven you to be wrong and I've given evidence, the person beside you who isn't your best mate is agreeing with me and the person who is your best mate is blindly agreeing with a retarded argument. God, pride is something that too many people have too much of.

Lieing when it's obvious your lieing, and then lieing about lieing

If you're going to lie at least do it properly. For goodness sake is honesty that difficult a concept.

    NEDs

AKA Chavs. People who should not be allowed to breath or reproduce, suffering from a self-induced mental-retardation that is somehow conisdered normal within their 'teams'/'massives' or whatever.

The "Do you want to 'get' me?" crowd

The term 'get' is definetly a regional thing that could be replaced with 'snog', 'make out', or 'french kiss'. Basically it's usually teenagers who approach strangers of the same age and without even talking before, asking to 'get'/'snog'/'makeout'. I actually wish there was a tongue-transmitted STD for people like that.

The Old Firm / Anti-Catholicism - And the way the media deals with it

For those who do not know what this is, clicky here or here. That's right, sectarianism between religions that came from the same root, in a 1st world country. Although the media and Wikipedia attempt to make it seem as though the sides are just as bad as each other, a Celtic-fan is 8x more likely to be attacked in a Sectarianist assault than a Rangers-fan, something that the BBC tend to feel the need to keep secret.

    I'm half-Scottish/Irish because my dad's cousin's uncle's fiancé was Scottish/Irish

It tends to be Americans who do this a lot. Sure, a lot of Americans do have ancestors from Scotland/Ireland, but in most cases there hasn't been a person born in Scotland in an American family for 4 generations.

    Rude children

I don't want to sound boastful or anything but I always respected my elders as a child. Unfortunatly children just tend to ignore you nowadays. Brats.

    American Health-Care 'System'

The lack of nationalised health-services in the USA is the biggest reason why I'd never consider becoming an American-immigrant. The people who believe that they should have a nationalised postal service and not a nationalised health service don't seem to understand which one is more important for a happy country.

    Right-Wing Politics

Not everyone gets the same chances as everyone else, even 'The Great Gatsby' which was published in the 1920s seems to understand the fact that people should be helping each other and especially helping the most vuberable within our society.

    Busy Londoners

No offense to Entity or anyone else living in London. But would it kill you to smile or apologise for bumping into me in the street. I was in London last month and it was like being in a city with a million identical people who all seem to be incosiderate (especially on the Tube).

    Bitches

There are some girls (and probably some boys) who make up their mind about a person straight away and refuse to to see the goodness inside of a person. Doing bitchy things such as crank calls and ganging up on people is probably the reason why some men decide to go gay. This post will likely be added to once I think of more things other than those from the top of my head.

Haha, if I'd bumped into you, you'd know about it because I'd apologise, help you pick up your stuff and ask if you were okay before leaving. So I'm not like the other Londoners you might meet.

I hate rude children, too. The amount of shit that comes out of their grubby little mouths these days is just beyond help.

I also think people who hold grudges for no good reason are annoying.

And people with bitten down fingernails who wear nail polish. Eww.

I could not agree more. Really. People need to stand up and start saying that the Orange Marches, and the other things the Rangers crowd get up to, are worse than what the Celtic fans do. Especially the Orange Marches. I hate those.

And the Americans who claim they're Scottish! Drives me mental. Especially the ones who say 'I'm part Scottish, and part British.' What in the name of God does that actually mean? The worst part is that it betrays their conception of Scotland not as a country, but as an idea - an idea of history and family. Well, guys, we're not an idea. We're a place, we invented most of the world (from modern economics, to ATMs, to tarmac) and ... the neds are destroying that legacy. Also, WE WON THE WAR WITH THE ENGLISH. OH MY GOD READ A HISTORY BOOK. Search 'Darien' and see what happens. We were bought and sold for English gold, such a parcel o' rogues in a nation...

I heard an excellent story about rude kids. Somewhere in America, a really horrible one was running around a supermarket. He came up to this woman and bit her - he drew blood. The woman started crying. When the boy's mother came up shouting, she said, 'Please, ma'am, stop...please...I'm...I'm HIV positive.' Boom! She wasn't actually HIV positive, but it scared the shit out of the mother. She deserved it for letting her kid bite people.

Couldn't agree more about the right-wing thing. I'm a council estate kid, down to the ground - and here I am now, at university, about to set off on a paid placement abroad and hopefully returning to the Honours program. My brother is in college studying art and design. My mother has chronic Lupus/SLE, and her care has always been excellent. Our story would be so, so different if it was set in America. The people who say 'pull yourself up by your bootstraps' have more often than not never actually tried it. Our system isn't perfect, I admit, but I'd never live without it.

On that note, The British National Party. Oh m ****ING GOD WHAT ****WITTINGLY **** OH MY GOD I want to set them on fire. I found a pile of their European election leaflets in my block's mailroom the other day...all were quickly put in the bin. I really can't put into words just how much I hate the BNP, and anyone who votes for them. I don't care who you are, or what you've done. You can cure cancer, but if you vote BNP, you're automatically the worst kind of ****wit a person can be. Brits, please protest these idiots the next time you see them.

I hate London too. I really do. My mum and I were there last year to see Prince, and we got off the DLR at what we hoped was our stop. A man was standing outside the gates, not doing anything, so I wandered up to ask if our hotel was nearby. 'Excuse me, sir, excuse me...' I said, and he just stared at the sky. I got a bit angry. 'Hello? Yo?' Still staring at the sky. My mum had to drag me off and explain, 'You're in London. Don't try.' My dad told me a story about a time he was working in a building in London - he and a workmate were carrying a heavy pallet of equipment through the front entrance. There was a man at the doors ahead of them, so my dad shouted to him, 'Hold the door, would you?' The guy just walked off. So my dad yelled 'Typical ****ing Londoner!' and the guy reappeared, apologetic. Turned out that he was Welsh, and didn't realise what a twat London had made him into. Of course, this doesn't apply to all Londoners; but I've never been treated so rudely anywhere in Europe as I was in London. Nobody smiles, nobody chats. I thought talking to strangers and smiling with them was normal. Apparently not.

    That was cathartic.

I couldn't agree more. Unfortunatly in this area of Wiltshire there are some worrying issues about the young ****wits supporting the BNP. At the student counsil elections the son of the local BNP representative put himself up for nomination for Equality and Diversity leader (a sector of the college's scheme to promote equality and respect diverity). He nearly won too if the higher-ups hadn't stepped in. I have also beard of BNP representitives going to the local youth group because some ****ed up kids told them something needs to be done in the town. In nearby Corsham, the BNP candiate for the actual counsil was elected. It's really worrying as the BNP seem to be targeting the imberciles that make up the majority of British youth. The future looks rather bleak.

A friend told me a story about a time when he went to the supermarket with another friend and there was some little brat running around into people and screaming. The friend went up to the kid and whispered "shut up or i'll kill your mum." Whether saying this was right or wrong (besides being a funny story) I don't know, but the kid behaved itself after that!

Yep, theyre annoying. I've had some bloke come up to me and try stick his tongue down my throat one time I dragged my sorry arse to one of the local clubs with a friend. The result: he may not be able to have children now.
