Well, firrstly I thought the Announcements forum was gone, shows how much I pay attention.
Secondly, we were going to make it an official birthday thread eventually, and leave it in Gen Chat (To get attention)
I have a feeling birthday threads will spring up in Gen Chat regardless, they always have in the past. I thought this would help. :\

I was going to move it to the Annoucements forum while I was renaming it, but then I thought it would be better to leave it stickied in General Chat, just so I could keep a close eye on it. If you're that worried about the topic, subscribe to the thread through the thread or UserCP. Using mod powers to artificially "bump" a topic for the heck of it is pretty cheezy. Bad topics die on their own while good topics keep going.
In any case, its a new day and its nobody's birthday apparently, so I can't wish anyone a Happy Birthday! O.o
