Negative. It is internationally recognized as their own territory, they have every right to be there. If they pull out of that area because North Korea doesn't want them there, they're just bowing down to a bully's demands -- and everybody knows that the thing a bully wants most is more. Give a mouse a cookie, he's gonna want a glass of milk, that sort of thing.
