So, what a day of NFL football. Favre now has the record for career touchdown passes at 422 and the Pack are out to a 4-0 start. Unfortunately, Dallas is also 4-0... never cared for them. The Browns upset the Ravens 27-13, giving my man Derek Anderson another chance to shine (2 TD's and 204 yards. Though he did have an interception...) Arizona upset the Steelers; interesting turn of events. Good for Kurt Warner.

The freaking Broncos blew a 14-0 lead to lose like 35-20 to the Colts. I don't know what the final score was, but that's the last I saw of that game. I wonder what's happened to them. Maybe the Colts are just that good. I don't like admitting it, but it's probably true.

In that same time frame, however, Seattle goes down to San Fransisco and hands the 9ers a 23-3 loss. I saw that Alex Smith got injured early on, but I don't know if that made a huge difference; the defense looked like it was all over that offense, and Dilfer isn't that bad of a quarterback; I don't care what anyone says about him. He was the starting quarterback for the Titans team that went to the Super Bowl until they benched him in favor of McNair, and he was also Baltimore's QB when they won their Super Bowl. He can't be that bad. I'd say one game doesn't say much about the rest of the season (there's still three months to go, eh?) However, for Seattle to go down and win the way they did over 49ers, I'd say that I feel even better about their chances in the NFC West in the long run.

I guess the Lions are 3-1 this year. How did that happen? I see they beat Oakland and Minnesota, got slaughtered by Philadelphia, and then beat the Bears today. Are they really as good as their 3-1 record? Are the Packers really as good as their 4-0 record? Are the Bears really as bad as their 1-3 record? The Lions scored 34 points on them in the 4th, which apparently is an NFL record. Rounding out the NFC North are the Vikings, who don't look too great this year either. So I guess it's down to the Packers and the Lions, eh? My money's on the Pack. Anyhoo...
