Sounds like something an old phone of mine did. It was the part the charger plugs into, it would NOT charge, it ended up being broken off. So it might just be the battery life dropping fast and the charger is unable to charge it.
So I don't know if this thread is in the right place or not because the update has me a little confused, but basically, my laptop has been quite faulty since I first got it and due to being a lazy person who tends to put things off for as long as possible, I didn't send it back to get fixed. The problem is kind of hard to describe and sounds a little silly but basically what it is is that if I leave my laptop turned off and don't have the charger plugged into it for a few hours then it shuts off and won't come back on for a long time. I have to constantly put the charger in and take it out again for as long as it takes for it to start up again. I have absolutely no idea why this happens and I was hoping somebody here might have a clue and could tell me what I can do to fix it? I've tried googling it multiple times but there are never any answers specific to my question. Do you think I should buy a new battery or charger? I somehow don't think it's the charger and more likely it's something to do with the laptop itself but my computer knowledge is pretty limited so I could be wrong.
Thanks to ye guys if you can heeellppp.
