I've tried for years to become a potato, but I've failed.

I ate some sweet potato fries yesterday. They did not need ketchup, they were pretty good on their own.

I was going to make fries today but it was too damn hot to put the oven on. It's too damn hot to do anything right now.

It isn't too hot to be a potato, but unfortunately we're all just stupid humans.

I like the drawing of me as a potato. That's exactly how I envision my future, except without the hands, feet, and orifices. That's actually my five year plan.

My wife got me a meat smoker for our anniversary. I'm going to clean it and season it this weekend, and maybe then I'll do a little smoked brisket and potatoes with hickory wood.

I'm learning to enjoy the simple things
