Pete's hiding the truth :p Hehe
I tend to have a habit of naming things I own such as cars and whatever. Although the last car I had didn't have a name. I didn't like it. The Red van I had was Clifford (lame I know. It's my dad's and he named it Bertha, Annnnd I was like...no dad.) My current phone's name is Lightning. I'm a complete Lightning fanatic. If I could name something else Miku, I probably would. Lappy doesn't have a name. It doesn't need one other than Hewlett Packard :3.
As for baby names. I would love to name one of my kids Raine or Kyra. Raine would be a FF reference and I think it's a damn pretty name. Screw the 'rain' reference'. People are just jealous that they don't have such a pretty name. Kyra is also a pretty name. The name itself means a lot to me. It's a character I'm writing for in an RP on another forum. It was my username here for a while, but I changed it.
Next would be Kari. It was supposed to be my original name, but my mom decided to name me after my grandmother instead. Silly mother. I hate my name and my grandmother hates hers. Kari is another pretty name.
Male names are up for debate. I seem to only like girl names for the moment Oo....
At the moment, I'm not planning to have kids until I'm settled in my career. I don't know when that's going to happen, if ever. Maybe after I graduate Uni probably. The aviation business never does seem to really settle though.
If I had kids I would name my boy Braelyn and I would like two daughters Arabella and Matilda would be their names that's if I had kids of course.
The best kid is a sleeping kid.
I've loved this name since I first heard it!
I like kids a lot. I work with adults with special needs, and right now my job is a lot like taking care of children. The men I work with have the mentalities of a 4-year-old and 10-year-old, and I have a lot of the responsibilities of a parent. I really want to have kids eventually, and I know I'd be a pretty good mom. I'd probably love it.
The only time I don't care for children is in restaurants. I worked as a server for about a year, and kids make the worst mess. They're noisy. They climb over the furniture. They're usually rude and bratty. To be fair, I realize this is the fault of the parenting and not the child's. But still. It's annoying. :blowtop:
I like more old-fashioned names for kids. Lucy, Alice, Jane, James, etc.
