If you can have power, what power would you have?

I want the Flash's power, light speed running. How can you lose if no one is capable of seeing you? How does someone block a punch moving at the speed of light? They don't. There is just a giant hole in there chest. You would be your own personal rail gun.

My power makes the odds even for you and me. I make it so you can't run at top speeds and it makes you run at normal speed.
