How frequently do you give rep?
Who do you give rep to most often (positive and negative)?
Do you care how much rep you have?

I understand that the rep system differred in the past, which is why vets have a whole bunch of green boxes while us proles starve. Do you think it is too hard to get your little green boxes now? Should the amount if rep it takes to get more boxes be lowered?

Not that I really care. I just noticed I had 99 rep.

How frequently do you give rep?

Some days I'm better at handing it out than others. Most often, if your post makes me laugh, I'll give you a little thanks. I have given thanks for other reasons, but making me laugh is probably the easiest way to earn a little rep from me.

Who do you give rep to most often (positive and negative)?

Oh man... If I had to take a guess as to who I positive rep the most, it would probably be between Rocky and Polk, as they have made me chuckle the most.

I don't give out neg rep... I have thought about doing it before, but have always decided against it for various reasons. Most usually I just decide that leaving a neg rep really isn't worth it.

Do you care how much rep you have?

Well, I used to a bit. However, once I hit the 100 point mark, I kind of don't think about how much I have anymore. It's nice to read the messages/feedback from forum members though. ^^

As for the issue with getting more green boxes now compared to the past, yeah, I think it is a little more difficult, considering that now when you thank someone, your thanks is only counted as one point whereas in the past, I think it was counted higher than that. I'm not too sure the specifics of how that worked, since that was before my time here. ^^;

I give rep where rep is deserved

Usually when a post makes me laugh or when someone brings up a really good point in a topic, I'll leave postive rep, it means that my lazy ass doesn't have to write up a proper reply.

As far as negative rep goes, I tend to avoid sending it. If something really disgusts me I will leave negative rep (or should I be saying 'thanks/no thanks everytime' I say +rep/-rep?), although I can't remember the last time I did it.

It was probably sent to Sasquatch though, his views can sometimes make me hit things

Positive - Probably Alpha? I tend to give it to people who share my opinions, and Alpha usually fits the bill. I think I give a lot to Unknown Entity as well, but I may just be making that up, I don't always pay attention when I +rep.

Negative - Meh, like I already said probably Sasquatch, although I still can't remember even doing it.

Do you care how much rep you have?

I give it absolutely no thought for the most part. I do check my User CP to see if I've got any new reps, because they often make me smile, but as far as points go, I don't really care, because up until a few seconds ago I had no idea how to check.

I don't know who gets the most of my rep. I think I give one negative rep out to every... twenty or so positive reps. It's totally random when people get them too.

Do you care how much rep you have?
Sometimes. I don't go ape shit banana's over it, but I check it often to see if anyone has sent me a nice and/or cool message.

Pretty sporadically. I've almost never had issues with "re-repping" people because I tend to give it out to anyone that can make me laugh. People I have respect for on the forums tend to get it a lot more often as well.

Um, I'm not sure actually

I wish there was a counter to see how many total times you've repped people, then I'd know

. If I had to take a guess, it would probably be people like Pete, che, bodypillow, Oceaneyes, basically smart and funny people.

I don't really give -rep to people, though if it was more of an anonymous system then asshats would of gotten it from me at times.

As for people who rep meeeeee.... hmm *checks most recent*

the most recent 15 reppers for me are che, Zargabaath, Gypsy Elder, Telegraph, Gypsy Elder, Starfighter, The Clint Eastwood, Unknown Entity, Alpha, midgetbob, Freya, Cain Highwind, Squall, Josh_R, and Pete.

I rep all day.
I give out so many reps, a lot of times it wont let me rep that person. I've tried to +rep Rocky so many times in this last month, it never let me. I can now but he don't deserve it. I give out -rep when I feel like it. Usually to a dumb post by some member.

I am so much into my rep. I want to have like 20 green boxes next to my name.

I give out rep all the time, I'm not so serious about it.

Sometimes I'll rep if I don't feel like/can't reply to a topic, and there was something I wanted to say to the thread starter.

I don't think I've ever given negative rep. I've thought about it but then I'm like.. well, if I think your post is so ridiculous that it deserves a neg rep, then I'll probably just ignore it. The only reason I've ever considered it was when a member was acting like a douche purposely, and that's most likely the response he or she would have wanted.

Actually, I think most of my reps come from you Loaf haha.

I don't really care how much rep I have but I like getting little comments about my post it makes me all giddy inside when I realize I have a new one 8D

I like to spread rep because I know it genuinly feels nice to know people agree with you on stuff. Kinda like liking stuff on FaceBook, it's just nice to know that you have alot of likes. I figure it's the same here.

Normally if you say somthing really funny I'll give you rep, if you feel you need support I'll give you rep...If you're a total douchenozle, I'll lower your rep. (But I very seldomly do that

)

Not sure myself, really, often enough I guess. It can be for a rather simple reason, like making me laugh, I also tend to give rep to those who share same opinion as me, in other word not quite often

As for negative rep, in span of two years, my period here on TFF in other words, I gave only one, even then I could have kept a blind eye since it was nothing serious, but I was in a bad mood.

Not really, though it's certainly nice knowing that someone appreciates your posts or shares same opinion as you.
