I asked for, and expected to give, nothing.
I gave:
Mom: My sister bought her an MP3 player, I bought her an FM transmitter for it.
Dad: I bought him a new USB desktop mic, to replace his headset mic that bothers his neck, to use for World of Warcraft.
I got:
$250 from my parents. I expected, and wanted, nothing. This $250 is put towards my book fund for my next semester of college.
A large bottle of bailey's irish cream from my mother. It's completely consumed.
A large bottle of Bailey's Irish Cream from my sister. It's not even open.
A Curious George stuffed animal from my sister. She likes to buy me a "serious" and a "joke" gift every year. As a child, I loved Curious George, or so my family says (I have no memory.) So, I now have a Curious George stuffed animal atop my television, and a bottle of Bailey's next to my PC. (I luz Bailey's, ever since I turned 21 someone in my faimly has always bought me a bottle. This year I got 2. =D)
