Do you know what's not good for ones health? Eating out every day.
Eating is necessary for survival purposes, however, you save money going though newspapers and looking online, collecting coupons, and getting massive deals in savings at big branch grocery stores. You would need to learn to cook first, but being able to cook is a very useful skill to have.
Eating at restaurants every single day can quickly empty your bank account, especially if you're ordering not just an entree, but an appetizer, dessert, drinks, or whatever, plus a 20% tip. Coming from somebody who was living in poverty just six years ago, I understand fully the effects of stress that stems from financial worry. It's the kind of stuff that keeps you up all night; chronic anxiety.
Money doesn't grow on trees. Literally. It's not made from paper. It's made from linen and cotton, so if I'm being serious here, money grows in cotton fields.
So here's what I'm getting at. You do not want to eat out too often, because eating out requires spending money. Spending money leads to bankruptcy. Bankruptcy leads to chronic anxiety. Chronic anxiety is a factor which can lead to depression. And if you get depressed, your risk of suicide is 15 to 20 times higher than somebody not suffering from depression.
If you lessen the amount of times you eat out so that you only go to restaurants on special occasions, you are 15 to 20 times more likely to not kill yourself. Does any of that make sense?
