It depends on what has happened, and who I'm learning the bad news from. If my boss or someone I'm working for is delivering the bad news, I tend to be stone-faced in front of them, whilst having a sinking, numb feeling inside, and I try to keep cool. If I'm by myself, or around someone who I'm comfortable venting my frustration around, I might let out a few curses. In any case, depending on how immediate and inflicting the bad news' effects are, I might get flustered or frustrated, and lose a bit of my concentration. Obviously, if it's not horribly bad news or has no immediate effects, though, I'll be fine.
