I'd like to pause for a moment and give thanks to our community. I know it's not the massive fleshpit of writhing thought processes that it was a decade ago, but the fact that we're still here and so many lasting bonds have been formed is certainly something to be happy about.

Through all the drama, all the debates, all the writing, all the whining, and all of the games - be they good, bad, or merely mediocre - we've always managed to be here for one another and that's something I certainly appreciate. You guys are certainly like extended family, and I'm not sure how different my perception on, well, everything might be if not for all of the beautiful people here.

Stay golden, like the unfortunate bird you're about to consume.

I'm sad I didn't get to eat turkey yesterday, but believe me I'm thankful our retailers still have no idea what Black Friday is.

We don't celebrate Thanksgiving here, but if that long Black Friday queue outside work meant anything, it sort of says a lot about the country I live in...

Anyway, I'm thankful that I even have a job.
