Yeah, my bad, I was thinking of another ARG project that Greengecko made, apparently this one has yet to be solved.

I heard that the block one was supposed to be one on the right track though? Apparently Greengecko got on another forum about a week ago and gave a clue about the block puzzle, but it is still massively unsolvable for everyone so far. I found a couple of red herrings though, and one of them happens to be
