So how is everyone today? It's Friday! Any plans for the weekend?

Its sunday morning 5:45 am here, at the gym. Not sure bout today ppl just msg last minute. Public holiday tomorrow so heading to a club tonight. Hopefully somewhere good n its not too crowded.

I'm doing nothing and enjoying it. Met up with some friends earlier, went to the batting cages and hit some balls. Probably staying home tonight and watching the Mets game and maybe playing some Tomb Raider.

Tomorrow is softball and then watching the Islanders play. The gf will come over and probably fall asleep on me during the game, while I celebrate my dad's birthday with two fingers of Johnnie Walker Gold and an ice cube. Life is good

I'm chilling with toast and coffee before a 9PM show tonight. We're opening for a touring band out of Nashville at an awesome venue (sound check went really well, holy shit, I could hear everything). It's a sold out show, and I'm excited.

Tomorrow, I am making vegan pizza grilled cheeses with my sexybuddy and watching Game of Thrones.

Back in December I developed epididymitis which is a rare bacterial infection in that area. Men with a vasectomy are more prone to this kind of infection.

It's usually a shot of antibiotics and pain killers to get rid of it. Then there is my case where it became chronic and the flare ups were coming closer and closer together. Went from 1 time a month to three. My specialist decided it was time for the procedure seeing she didn't want it to flare up in 18 days when I am getting married.

The flare ups where like I was constantly being punched in the groin and could be crippling at times.

I like reading stuff like this. People being happy for a change. There is far too much negativity in this world. Perhaps im just focusing on it too much. Really random question but I wanna know, will you still be able to shoot your stuff after the procedure? Or did you end up getting this infection because you ahd a vasectomy?

Anyway, me and my mrs are getting married soon too. We are moving into our home which should be finished being built by the end of the year, we both got ongoing contracts for our jobs, and I got more hours at work and game of thrones is back on.

I got my vasectomy about 6 years ago. So I have been shooting blanks for a while. Even with the new procedure all that will be missing is the sperm.
They aren't sure what exactly caused the infection the list is long of possible causes but nothing seems to fit the conditions I got it from.

Internet went completely out Friday night, just thought it was a temporary thing so I went to bed. Saturday it was still down, I call ISP, they will send someone out to look at it this morning. That never happened, no call no show etc. I have to work, come home later, re call ISP, they apologize and will send someone out Monday morning. OK fine it happens NP.

I have the morning off anyways, and go in to work at noon on Monday so this will work perfect. So I'm up and waiting at 7am, then 8am, then 9am, 10... 11... 1130 rolls around, I call and ask what happened, they said they are sorry and had something come up, and will reschedule for tomorrow morning. I'm a little annoyed but I have the day off, so that won't be a problem..

So again I wait, same stuff happens until 12:30pm, I call back and check what's the issue, now I'm getting a different lady who tells me that the technicians don't have a set schedule; they don't tell customers they will be arriving in the am or pm, they just call beforehand sometime on that day... Oh ok so first two customer reps lied to me I guess damn.... I have no choice but to remain at home the whole day in hopes that the tech arrives, nice.

About 2pm I get that miracle call from the based internet technician of many internets. He asked me when he could come over, I politely give him the brief story, he says he will be on his way now. Great!!

So about 2 and a half hours pass with no sign of him yet. I call back his number, goes straight to voicemail. He calls me back a half hour later, apologizing that he had a work emergency to deal with. I assure him it can't be helped, it happens. He said he gets done working his other job at 9pm and would come over after that since he lives nearby. I told him that would be great and that I would owe him one. I text him about 9:15pm asking him if was still okay. He responds that it may not be until a little after 10pm if that's okay. I respond with a "that's cool with me, I'll be up until whenever, feel free to stop by afterwards." Its getting a bit late, so about 11:30pm I sent a text to check in. No response.

Almost 1am now and I've been without internet for almost a week. I know and get that the tech was just trying to do me a favor but like come on man don't lie to me like that lol.

I successfully detoxed myself off of caffeine for almost three months now, but tomorrow I'm taking redbulls, Starbucks, and Ritalin, and I'm going full John Wick over the phone at these people until they fix the shit I've been paying a premium for.

Cite the runaround and include phone logs and texts that have been sent between all parties involved. Demand a free month of service and threaten going to the better business bureau. Isn't it more expensive? Did you get to pick anything out and ask for specific things or did you pick from the cookie-cutter model? Is it a condo, or a detached home? Do you think you'll need to fix things up once you move in?

Its actually cheaper. When it comes to the cost of owning land and a home, 80% of the cost is going to be the land, houses are not worth that much (unless we are talking mansions). So the land was 180k, house is 160k and then theres about 45k worth of upgrades and on-site costs. We found a floorplan we liked (choosing a floorplan is about as cookie-cutter as it gets) then you literally choose everything else. This will include render, bricks, roofing, fencing, colours, benchtops, floorboards/carpets, cabinetry, stovetops, lighting, architraves the list goes on and on. Its a 4 bedroom home with a living area as well as a lounge room and the normal stuffs (bathrooms, 2 pantry, laundry, outdoor area with decking etc) Nothing needs to be fixed up, as its all built fresh and everything will be included as specified.

The reason its more expensive to buy a property is because you are most likely buying a property that is 7 years+ old and the value of it would far exceed that of a new home (since the value of land always go up in price) and you will also pay tax on transfer of home and land.

My sister bought a house for $800,000 out in the West n its not as big as u would expect given that price. I pay $500-600 per wk for my apartment n I live alone. Ideally I'd move somewhere cheaper but I love being close to the everything (city, shops, beaches etc). Give or take a few years I could afford buying an apartment/condo straight up cuz I aint about no debt.

My woman and I just bought a house, and there's a couple of things that need to get done before we move in. There's a tripped circuit which won't turn back on, so I need to find an electrician to work on that. A few outlets need to be grounded as well. The pipe leading from the kitchen to the crawl space under the house is detached and needs to be reattached, so I need to find a plumber for that, as well as to replace the sump pump. Then I just need to get the air vents cleaned out, get the furnace cleaned, clean up all the butt plugs and lube, get the hobo out of the attic, and it'll be livable. So I have a pretty busy month ahead of me.
