    Re: The fragrance

I have always loved CK One, ever since I used to buy the 'cool' (read: pretentious) magazines as a 14 year old, and got a sample in one. I finally got round to buying a bottle a couple of years ago on a cross-channel ferry (£14, usually like £20). I try to save it for special occasions, but it found its way into my daily rotation. I could do woth some more...

I used to love Quiddity by Chipie, but you can't get that anymore... ;_; Might do a search, but I don't hold out much hope...

A search of my bedside cabinet (I was looking for heat protection spray, which I don't have...) turned out a bottle of perfume one of my exes got me (Ghost Cherish). It's a bit sweet tbh but I am using it to get rid of it, for obvious reasons... :/

On a guy, I love Hugo Boss. It was on offer at Boots (UK chemist/drugstore type place) near Valentine's Day, and I got some for a guy I was seeing at the time, as the fragrance made me swoon... ^_^ <3

My mum loves Chanel No. 19, and I will buy it for her at every opportunity, usually the bath gel, which she uses as bubble bath. When my granddad was still alive, my grandparents used to go on holiday to Jersey or France a couple of times a year and buy the perfume on the ferry in good time for Mum's birthdays and Christmas.

    Re: The fragrance

My favourite fragrance is Ralph by Ralph Lauren. It's a fruity, floral fragrence. According to a website I just looked up, it smells like, japanese osmanthus, apple leaf and italian mandarin; middle notes are magnolia, boronia and yellow freesia; base notes are musk and white iris. It's lovely.

There are a few variations of it I believe. Ralph Hot, which is an oriental vanilla fragrance, which smells like, spices, lime, amber, fig leaf, mandarin orange, musk, orchid, almond blossom, vanilla, jasmine, lemon, sandalwood and geranium.

I really like both of these, in the summer time especially.

I also like Armani Code for women. It is based on harmony between orange blossom, fresh spicy notes of ginger and warm sandalwood. A luminous opening captures the essence of two different oranges - bitter orange from Africa and sweet Italian orange. In the heart of the composition Tunisian orange blossom absolute makes a magical floral fantasy in alliance with jasmine Sambac. Its sensual trail brings a sweet unity of orange blossom, vanilla and a drop of honey.

I really want to get Nina Nina Ricci, it's in a little apple shaped bottle. I haven't smelt it before, but the bottle looks so cute!

I also LOVE CK One. Smells sooo goood. Mmm.

I think I will have to try one of Ralph fragrances coz I really haven't yet and they seem good . For summer I used to have body shop perfums but I never liked any of theirs as much as I liked White Musk !
