I think everyone in the world needs to be happier. Life is tough on all sorts of different levels, and you should have people there for you. But other than that, you shouldn't be less happy than your potential happiness. So today, after you read this or whatever, you should just make yourself happy the rest of the day. Bonus points for being happy the rest of the week!

I'm a very happy person, and often try to spread the joy with some of the people on base. Like the guards at the gates of Fort Knox. There job blows, they sit there in the f*cking sun for hours. So I try to brighten they're day with a cold bottle of Gatorade or an Ice Cream sandwich. It often makes them happy therefore full filling my need to make someone happy.

I have tried to be nice to emo's in an attempt to brighten their day. F*ck those assholes. When I say "Hi how is your day" you don't gotta be an ass. Bastards..

Plus I have a beautiful fiance and a baby on the way, how the hell could I not be happy.

There's such a thing as too happy. I like it when people are pissed off. It makes everything so much more memorable and entertaining. Besides, if you think about it, daily anger generates a lifetime of happiness. Every single long-lasting marriage that I've ever seen (or at least in my family,) has consisted of spouses at each others' throats the majority of the day. The marriages that have fallen apart quickly were the ones where the spouses were polite, friendly, nice, and seemingly happy.

The way I look at it, if you have food on your table, a roof over your head, and someone who gives a damn about whether or not you make it back home, everything else is just icing on the cake.

Bad shit happens, you can either dwell on it, or become stronger from it. To me, the bad times just make the good times that much better.
