schedule help prevent depression? Does knowing what you're supposed to do and when you're supposed to do it help keep you happy? Some people claim to thrive off of spontaneity and detest schedule making. I used to be one of those people I thought I was making myself happier by doing things as they came to mind and keeping myself "free" of the day to day mundane. Now however I keep a regular routine for the most part, at least when it comes to things that actually of importance. I haven't gone as far as planning out my free time, just more knowing that I'm going to have free time. It has made me feel much better about the time I use to sit around and do the things I truly enjoy. Like posting here and playing Starcraft 2.
