What's the weirdest thing you've eaten?

I've tried:

Uni (Sea Urchin)

Stomago (Cow Stomach - it's good grilled with the Peruvian sauces they served with it)

Tripa (Tripe - it's nasty)

Lengua (Cow Tongue)

Corazon (Cow Heart - tastes like dried out pot roast)

Nopales (Cactus. They sell jars of pickled cactus in the Mexican aisle, but to get fresh, you have to go to the Mexican store and then scrape the spines off and grill them. They're good for lowering cholesterol and have like 0 calories).

And Pickled Pig's Ear. It's gross. Don't do it.

Jay's sister said something about making me try pork blood.. I shot that idea down really quickly.

I tried a hedgehog once, it was surprisingly good, though bit hard to chew. One of my friends family prepared a snake once, it looked lovely, though to be honest I couldn't stand the smell. We also have something similar to haggis here, filled pigs intestines, even though it sounds gross it's actually pretty good.

I've eaten a huhu grub, which is the larval form of a longhorn beetle endemic to New Zealand. Māori have eaten them for hundreds of years. They kinda taste like chicken, as cliché as that is... I assure you they do. Just kinda rubbery and squishy.

I had pig intestines stuffed with ground beef(?) and buckweed. Tastes good!

I've had Uni. It was horrific. It tasted like one might imagine the Ocean floor would taste if you could only scoop it up and serve it. I've had gator, squirrel and snails...not to mention bacon covered in chocolate...and the worst experience ever...A hamburger served between two glazed donut halves and smothered in maple syrup(I ate ONE bite and became physically ill).

I happen to really like Eel.
