It's like if on Facebook on April fools, I change my forever long Single Status to In a Relationship or to Married....which one is more believable, on April 1st.

I guess some people still play pranks on that day. I fell for two of 'em. One, a friend of mine said she was getting a divorce. Another, someone posted in my facebook feed that Sean Connery was dead. Had a tribute video and everything. Wikipedia proved otherwise, but I still fell for it to look it up.

I'm one of those people who tell themselves every year on April 1st to not fall for any pranks, and every year I've managed to be duped in some way, shape or form.

Does it blow? Only for the ones who are getting pranked, and only for a second or two when you realize that you fell for someone's trick. Then you have a good laugh about it. Unless it's a mean trick, then yeah, those DO blow. :/

I don't know anyone who actually pulls pranks anymore. If someone does that I hear about, it's usually something verbal. I know a guy who pulled a really bad April fools joke last year, he pretended to propose to his girlfriend and then was like "HAHAH JUST KIDDING" way to crush a girls heart </3.

I'm too alert on April fools, it has to be a really good prank. If people were smart they'd pull them the day before April fools or a couple days after.

I worked yesterday, and then I went over to a friend's house immediately afterward, where no April Fool's pranks were being committed. In fact, I kinda forgot it was April Fool's altogether. Seems like too much effort, for a small payoff.

Oh yeah; Fred Meyer gave away free bags of chips yesterday. Their April Fool's joke was that they weren't giving away free bags of chips. They gave it away before April Fool's, though. That means they're assholes by Loaf's reasoning. Anyhoo...

I thought about pulling a few pranks this year, but I didn't really plan enough to follow through with them. Maybe next year.

I went to see a concert on april fools day and ended up getting insanely trashed and pretty sure I also ended up blowing out my eardrum, no pranks for me

People kept asking me if the new tattoos were stick-ons (because of how shiny they were with the antibiotic ointment) and if it was some sort of April Fool's joke. Hell, even internet people (re: Pete) shot me a text message asking if they were real or not.

I guess if you really want to anti-trick people, make body mods on the 31st of March and see what happens. Then, when they try to call you out on your bullshit, THEY'RE the fools! Ha. I see what I did there.

My boyfriend fell for a fake news story, and I took great joy in telling him he had been pranked.

We then played a prank on his parents and he told them he had won £20,000 on a scratchcard, and they both fell for it! They were even going to drive him up to the Lottery HQ to sort out the winnings. :/

It would also be a good trick if you were to release a minute amount of Nitrous oxide into the air. In about 10 minutes, you won't stop laughing.
