Hmmm well I wouldn't call this a phobia but it's started recently and I've noticed. when I'm in big crowds I feel like people are staring at me (Even though I know they're not) It's never happened before, but it's begun to get worse lately though. I also get the feeling of needing to rush where ever it is I'm going or hurry and finish what I'm doing. I catch myself super power walking and I'm like "uh I have an hour before class why am I running?"
Anxiety? No se.
