    Agh! My hip!

So I woke up today and the left side of my mid-back was in so much pain. Walking, bending, or even leaning to the side. It's a bit better now, but ugggghhh. Would never have experienced anything like this if it were 5 years back.

What minor, but annoying health issues do you have/had you have? Big headaches, nosebleeds, aches, hives, etc., etc.

I have this floater in my left eye. If I'm ever looking at a white wall in a well lit room, a little wrinkle will appear and if I try to follow it around it'll just run around, always in my periphery. Drives me insane sometimes.

I'd get these horrible headaches when I was younger. Like if I was really tired or if it was too bright my head would feel like it's exploding behind my eyeballs. Would have to lay down for hours on end and do nothing else. Watching TV or listening to music (or really anything) made it worse. They probably happened so frequently because I didn't get glasses until I was 19, even though I needed them long beforehand.

Thinking on it, my eyes are pretty sensitive. Probably need sunglasses.

I have a jaw issue (from all that late night work lolol). It locks frequently, and unless I have two hands free it's sort of hard to get it unstuck. Even when that doesn't happen, it hurts. Especially when it gets colder. It's messed up enough to where I can make it click super loudly. Usually grosses people out.

    Re: Agh! My hip!

My left wrist locks up from time to time, due to a volleyball injury. It never healed properly, because I switched from volleyball to tennis after it happened. It hurts more in cold weather, and when I hit the potholes while riding my bike.

And I am allergic to chalk. It's not the best thing in the world to be allergic to when at a school that didn't stop using chalkboards until 2 years after I graduated. I had to sit at the most central desk because every class had chalkboards at opposite walls. And if I was called to write something on the board, I would have to wear rubber gloves, and a keep my mouth covered to avoid breathing in the chalk dust.

    Re: Agh! My hip!

I get recurring neck, shoulder and lower back pain. The neck and shoulder pain is THE WORST, it feels like it is burning and I have to stop what I am doing and apply some ice gel. I also get sore wrists, from work, every couple of months one of them will hurt, it only lasts for no more than a week. My left wrist has just stopped hurting after about a week and I'm so happy because the pain was shooting up my arm this time.

About 3 night ago I got this DEADLY leg cramp, in my left calf. I can't believe how painful it was. It lasted about a minute, but it was excruciating. My leg still hurts now. Lucky I'm going to the doctor tomorrow, so if it still hurts, I'll ask about it.

I used to get migraines, but am happy to say that I haven't had one for awhile now

I used to be able to tell you if it was going to rain or snow, based on my knee. I tore my acl five years ago and walked it off, with self rehab at the gym. For a good long while I could predict the weather, an hour or two before it arrived. I can't anymore, which is good, because my knee feels great.

I also don't breathe all that well out of my nose all the time. It's what happens when you break it six times.

James Bond gives me headaches. That, and basically any first-person-shooter game. Because of that, I've missed out on some good ones. *sigh* oh, well. Oh, and my shoulder aches from an incident where I lifted something wrong. It only hurts when I've been sitting up drawing.

I had a hernia and that still bothers me when I'm at the gym from time to time can't to heavy core movements

I used to ride moto X bikes and when I was about 14ish I did a double and when I landed I accidentally gave a full wrist of revs and jolted my back big time and never been the same since. I never even fell of just like a whip lash on my lower back

Perfect timing! In the past two weeks Ive been getting god awful migraines..It makes me wanna get a knife n put it straight through my right temple I dont take painkillers I always stick it out but these migraines really test my pain threshold..thats all. No wait sometimes I get a blister if im on the treadmill too long..XD. Seriously though whenever im in severe pain I just think of something/someone that REALLY pisses me off n it doesnt hurt anymore..the 'pain' starts to feel good.

Any slight change in humidity or rapid temperature change will cause my nose to bleed. Spring and fall are awful. I literally walked by a heater at work yesterday and my nose turned on like a faucet.

My hip flexor acts up from time to time. I tore it in a district track meet in 9th grade. I usually have to get it stretched out or massaged or it never really stops hurting.

I was getting really bad migraines a week ago. I assume it was from drinking way to much caffeine. I quit drinking for a few days and have slowly added it back in. Still don't drink it that often though.

    Ehehehe, prostitution.

I get lower back pain when I play Pump It Up or do anything that involves twisting, turning, hiking, stupidly lift with back etc. It's significantly lessened in the last couple of years, but on some occasions where I forget to take ibuprofen before playing it's a bitch to worth through.

    Re: Agh! My hip!

I can tell when it's going to rain or there's a huge pressure change. My nose starts to bleed and I get massive headaches. I had a headache last week and it was absolutely killer. It went away eventually, but it was the worst one I had since I got my wisdom teeth taken out. I fractured my nose a long time ago and my doctor said not to worry about it and it'll heal itself. Well, I honestly don't think it healed itself properly. ****ing doctors.

I also have hip problems. Whenever I walk for long times or do excessive exercise, it hurts and I can't walk properly for a while. Also makes sex rather uncomfortable (not that I care).

I have a lower back problem. I used to think it was a disk problem, but I got an x-ray and I never heard back from it. It was hurting badly for a while, my doctor gave me meds that looked like little houses and they helped a little. I don't think it was muscle pain because I took robaxacet and it didn't do anything for me. I put it down to just too much stress on my back. I used to be in a marching band where I played the tuba. It was smaller than my school one, but I still had to carry it for almost hours at a time, a few times a week. I'm just lucky I didn't have to carry the school one. She was HUGE. It's a bit better now that I'm not doing it anymore.

My wrists, knees and ankles crack on command. Never fails. My knees hurt after a while when I'm standing, but when I crack them, it goes away for a bit. It's been doing that for a few years. I put it down to being old, but I'm only 22. lol.

    Har har har

I get nosebleeds from hot temperatures as well. A couple of years ago I had to sing on stage at one of the local theatres, and when I was in the dressing room I stood next to the vanity mirror that has really big, extremely hot lights on the frame whilst I was waiting to go on stage and literally a few minutes before I had to go out my nose started flooding. It sucked big time and the next time I perform at the Riverfront theatre I know to stand well away and bring my own bloody mirror.

I also have issues with my feet, they're a bit messed up. Sometimes they get a little painful and other times the pain is excruciating, so hopefully in the next few years I can have surgery to make them better. I have insoles that are supposed to help but honestly they just increase the pain.

    Re: Agh! My hip!

I get really bad headaches when the pressure in the air changes. I get it worst around the beginning and end of summer time, and especially when we have storm season in autumn. The pain feels like my brain is expanding on both sides of my skull, and it becomes so hard to concentrate on anything. I end up taking painkillers and dozing through it, but sometimes I can't even do that.

When I was a kid, I was really active and I'd play a lot of sports. Then I just stopped playing sports, and I felt the full extent of what my doctor described as growing pains. The exorcise appeared to have worked the pains out, and stopping football was apparently the worst decision I could have made. I don't get the pains so much any more though, but they came back when I was on annual leave from work - I had a real lazy two weeks.

I bruised my left thumb right on the central knuckle a few months back, and it sometimes hurts now. I've thought it fractured or broken a few times, but it bends fine and isn't swollen, so I think it's just a bruise that's taking it's time to heal.

Right now, I hurt everywhere. Me and my boyfriend had a picnic yesterday, and brought a frisbee and a football with us. We played more with the frisbee for the four hours we were out, so my upper arms, shoulders and back hurt from all the jumping and reaching and throwing I did. My legs hurt from running around too. Goes to show how unfit I am, haha.

My jaw, neck, shoulders, back, left wrist, knuckles, knees, ankles and toes all click. Usually once, and they don't for another day mostly, but my wrist can go on and on until it hurts.

Reading this thread makes me feel like a beast.
I ripped muscles in my lower back from falling off a bridge.
    Doesnt hurt ever.

I got my face punched in so hard it broke my jaw. My jaw healed.
    Teeth straight. Doesnt hurt ever.

Ive been hit by several cars.
    No injuries.

I was blown down by jet blast from an f-18.
    No injuries.

Im sure there are plenty more.

My only issue is I cant breathe out of my right nostril very well.
I considered getting my sinuses operated on but I realize that would only cause me not to be able to beathe when Im a geezer.
Also, Im too good looking to let anything touch my face.

Ever since I broke my ankle in 2010, my ankle gets slightly stiff and sore if I overuse it or if it's cold. It's hit me a few times walking to work this previous winter, and I felt it for a few seconds after coming back from the gym yesterday. Nothing too severe, though, and I can do everything I could before my accident.

One of my top teeth starts feeling sore whenever I get a cold. It's strange... :/

I had an minor injury during high school football. A player landed helmet first right in my lower back. It knocked some discs loose and even 10 years later, I still feel pain. I have to go to the chiropractor every month to get adjusted. It always looks bad when I go out to disc golf for 18 holes and have to take breaks because of my back. I look like I am 100 years old.

My skin gets so dry, and it itches. It's also rather sensitive, so I have to watch what kind of lotions/soup/etc. I use. Don't remember having this problem when I was younger either. :/

I also get constipated really, really, really easily. TMI, but I don't care.
