Personally I think this a much more worthier cause to get behind instead of finding Kony.

About 60 000 babies die each year from neonatal tetanus in less fortunate countries because they don't have the means or the money for the mothers to get tetanus shots.
Usually tetanus is carried from the mother to the infant or through unsterilized scissors, scalpels etc cutting through the umbilical cords.

It has been proven and put into to practice that tetanus has been treated in many countries due to the availability of the appropriate treatment.

Something truly worth our time and money.
