I watched it and I have to say that it's absolutely amazing, like fantasy X said the story and characters are superb 10/10 in my books
I just finished watching the whole My Hime series, this anime is a #1 anime that anyone that is a big fan to anime should see. My Hime has Action, Fantasy, Romantic, comedy, drama, and a lot of great Himes. The story was great, the characters are wanderful. I saw the first volume over the summer time and couldn't wait to buy the boxset (which I bought on ebay from United Kingdom for $25.50 in english version), the series is has 26 episodes. I'm so happy that I ended up buying this one.
The story is about a transfer student named Mai Tokiha and her sickly brother, Takumi, who have received scholarships to attend a private school called Fuuka Academy. On the way, the ferry they are travelling on becomes the site of a destructive battle between two girls wielding apparently supernatural powers.
This is only the beginning of their troubles, as Mai learns that she herself possesses these powers and her mission is to distroy monsters called Orphans with her summoning child name Kagutsuchi, and learn the power of a HiME.
Has anyone else seen this anime, and how did you think about it?

I watched the series not too long ago and I liked it. But one diffrence is that I read the manga series long before and the story is basically the same but there were some reversals.
Mai and her brother were already enrolled in the school and that one blond haired guy was the one transfering to the school. I liked the manga better than the anime.
Yeah, it was awsome. The end was soo~~ happy. Also I think that the people who made this made another anime called Mai Otome. Basically, the same characters are there but with a different story and time period but yet similiar - the powers. Also, some characters like Haruka who wasn't involved much is more involved in this one. I just started to watch this anime so I don't know the details yet.

Mai otomes story isn't as good as mai himes, but there's a lot more jokes and fighting also the music's better. They're both good but hime is better
