Tabata talked about the state of the game and progress in interviews today during Gamescom. He said that the game is about 65-70% completed, but that is looking at the entire project as a whole. The localization adds onto the schedule since it is being done at the same time. And he said that if only the game's development progress was focused on, then it is actually further along than that. He didn't say what percentage he would put on it, but impressed in the interview he wants all versions of the game to be coming out close to each other.
