I've never watched Supernatural, and I've only seen a couple of Vampire Diaries episodes before. Didn't really catch me so I didn't carry on watching it.
I'm more of a True Blood type of girl.

My choice is supernatural. it is much better than Vampire Diaries.
Along this list i also preferred to watch CSI New York episodes and some of my favorite bleach episodes on TV.
For this reason alone, Supernatural wins.

Supernatural. Vampire Diaries sucks (pun kind of intended). The only good vampire show on TV is True Blood.
Supernatural is good because it is a bit of everything in terms of creatures. It's kind of gone downhill since series 2 though. The first two series were great.

Vampire Diaries is kind of silly. I am over all the vampire bullshit.
Supernatural is a pretty good series. First two seasons were awesome not as good now, but still as good. Best thing about it is vampire's are rarely ever seen in this show. The main focus in this is demon's possessing shit.

My favorite Tv show is Saturday night..it is one of the best show..
Some people like delving into the realm of imagination Pete, i myself loved Supernatural S1-5, after the main story ended the show has turned into complete horse shit however..
Now its not an amazing show, i can understand why some may be turned away from it, the show doesnt take itself too serious and had me in stitches laughing with some episodes.
