This movie freaked me out. It was the kind of horror you experience when you cant tell if you're dreaming or awake. The movie focuses around the life of post-war vet jacob (Tim Robbins). He is divorced with 3 kids (of whom live with their mother) and currently resides in an apartment with a new girlfriend. One of his sons died in a car by getting hit by a car just before he left for war. The story revolves around Jacob and the mysterious/horrofic visions he begins to have and flashbacks of a battle in vietnam that he cannot remember. His life suddenly takes a turn for the worse when the people who are supposed to be helping him start leaving him. The movie was probably one of the creepiest that I've watched in a long time.

Below is a scene from the first 20 minutes of the film that creeps me out a little.
