3) Doakes discovers that Dexter is the Bay Harbor Butcher (S2E09)
4) Trinity is murdered by Dexter/Trinity's 'surprise' for Dexter (S4E12)
5) Lumen witnessing Dexter kill Cole Harmon (S5E08)
