Yeah, I'm getting the same results. It might be them working on increasing server capacity, but there was no notice about it. So it's all just guessing.
Did the NA/EU servers just go down? I was trying to log in and suddenly none of them showed up in the list of worlds anymore. Closed everything out and reloaded but still nada.
(Closed out and reopened a couple times just in case and still nada)

The Japanese servers seem to have the same problem, they recovered in 3 hours. So, with any luck this shouldn't be too long either. I'll keep an eye out on the site for updates.

Yeah, I was just going to post saying that I was successful in getting into Ultros. It looks like the JP servers are having troubles again, but the NA/EU ones are working as of now.

If the logins are going to be shut off for so much of today they should just shut down the servers and start opening new ones. I suppose it is Labor day weekend so the US players are going to be flooding in but DAMN, I would like them to get with the fixing and then open things back up.

Well, let us all hope and pray that this maintenance period will be sufficient to solve some of the issues in login issues and other such things. I have high hopes but I am wondering what they are going to do about the character migrations from heavily populated servers.
