Look at the end of any License Board. You will see a skill for 50 LP should say quickenings. Get everyone with one is nice when you get 2 on each character it's when you begin to get better, and then 3 even better. Pretty much, quickenings, are your limit breaks. They just use up all your mana. You can chain them, when you do it, Press I R2 I think (been awhile) and it will shuffle it, when you see Triangle, O or X with a characters name you press that button. The higher the chain, the more dmg. They are very helpful early on.
