Yes. Unless you are one of the select few who knew about this. I saw it in an article a few weeks back about a side-quest unbeknownst to most in the West. The Lost Nero Family
It's getting close to FFIX's 13th birthday. And since it's my favorite game, I've decided to buy it on PSN and replay. Is there any way I should play it? I'm definitely not going to be going for Excalibur as I want to enjoy the playthrough to the fullest. Anything I might have forgot about that I should remember to pick up along the way?
ps: everyone should replay with me.

FFIX's gonna be a teenager? My baby grew up so fast
And I may have to join you in replaying it. IX is my second favorite in the series, and it's probably been a couple years since I've played it.
Let's go into the "archives" in "Washington D.C." and find out how people "masturbated" in the "roaring 20's."
Crao Porr Cock8. Bitch.
Stop lying brett FFVII is your favorite.
Um. You should do perfect duel scene. and max or perfect stats. aka a lvl1 run till disc 4.
I've been trying to replay my ROM of FFIX but I think my ISOs are messed up so I'll have to grab my discs again and remake them.

FFVII is my second. Everyone knows this. I did 95/100 nobles with Queen Brahne quite impressed my first go. That was good enough for me. I've got perfect before, but it gives me anxiety attack.
You should train Garnet to get a few summons before they're taken by Zorn and Thorn. I did/am doing this in my most recent play through. My pro tip is to train against the Mandragoras by Quan's Dwelling near Treno---but after visiting Treno to get the racket for Garnet that is wind-embued. Mandragoras are weak to wind and her physical attack rivals Marcus' for those battles. They are still tough battles until you've gained a few levels, but the experience they give you is fantastic. Once you unlock the first summon (Ifrit?) it can knock out an entire group of three. But that's not very useful as then you can't heal without using a tent immediately after. The important thing is to stack your attacks and launch them all together after your target Mandgragora has done an attack. Their scream move does damage based on how much HP they have lost. It does nothing if you haven't hurt them, and can kill you if you have. You need to kill one each turn.
I've just started coming back to the forums and I'm itching to play FF again.
I've beaten 1 to 12 (not played 13) with the exception of 9.
Last time I played a couple of years ago I got to middle of disc 2 and the disc must be scratched because I can't enter the Iifa Tree. Tried everything but I gave up. I'm thinking I should buy a new copy and start over!
First of all though I need to finish Shining Force 3 part 3 which I got translated. I've only got a few hours left at best to beat it.
IX would be a good one to play through if you're looking to get back into the series!
