At the Tears Point you must find an item called "Solomon's Ring" then you must obtain 6x Malboro's Tentacle (mug or defeat Malboro), 6x Steel Pipe (steal from Wendigo) and 6x Remedy+ (You need to use Alexanders ability Med LV Up ability to convert 60x remedy in 6x remedy+). But if you don't have Alexander you can't get Doomtrain it's simple as that. When you have all items just use Solomon's ring and you'll have Doomtrain.
