A. These status affects are very unique, they both can be cured 2 ways.

Heat: Can be cured by using Esuna, or you use Water or Blizzard to cool and get rid of it.

Freeze: Can be cured by Esuna, or you can cast Fire on the frozen target to thaw them. ^_^
