Final Fantasy IX-2 takes place after the events of final fantasy IX and Zadine is grown up and Vivi has lots of children and Steiner and Beatrix are married now and Garnet aka dagger is an adult now.
Look, uh.... you've made a few threads like this and I'm having trouble figuring out the point of any of them. There is a thread talking about a IX sequel already, but I'm not sure that's what you're doing. If you're trying to write a fanfic, we have a literature section you can do that in.... but again, I can't tell what your intention is.
