Tifa gets my vote, not only is she a lot prettier than Aeris she is also a crap ton less annoying.

In my honest opinion, I think Cloud is just looking everywhere for some. At first he seemed serious for Aerith, but then later on, he suddenly seemed to want Tifa. Unless with Tifa it's that awkward gender-forgetting childhood friendship bond that you just lose yourself in the moment. So, Cloud should just go for Barret, as was previously mentioned by someone else.
Y'know, if I were Cloud, I would totally go for the girl who wasn't dead. Then again, if I were Cloud, I'd be messed up and not able to deal with any emotional trauma or guilt very well, so maybe I'd obsess over the dead girl too. And in all honesty, if we're going by looks, I think the dead girl is actually a little bit prettier. Although she is dead, so her body might be decomposing and gross two years later.
Ah theres no need for that, Aeris means a lot to many people and thats a bit ...well, off...
Anyhoo... I'm in love with Aeris, she would be more of a match for me if I was in FFVII
Guess its all down to personal taste in the end...
